Step Down Transformer for Symmetra

Hello All,

One of the fans is not operational on our step down transformer. Does APC supply replacement parts for the Transformer? What is the part number for the fan only? How long does the warranty last?

Purchased: September 2008

The second fan in that stepdown XFMR will only come on if the temperature within the stepdown exceeds 100 degrees C (about 212 deg. F). It will also only come on if the primary fan fails.
