hi APC,
I get a problem that the two APC Smart X 3000 UPS with management 2 running in redundancy mode. I set a bat file in Runtime Exceeded, but not always can trigger the bat file configured in Runtime Exceeded, it send PCNS shutdown signal to the Windows server instead of running the bat file.
Low battery duration: 30m
Outlet:
Power Off Delay: 600
Min Return Runtime: 900
Full path to command file: ...bat file (ping -n 900 127.0.0.1) (Note: prevent the server shutdown before complete execute the bat file configured in "Runtime Exceeded")
Duration: 900s
PCNS shutdown the server, but no execute the bat configured in Runtime Exceeded.
