I would like PCNS to run a post shutdown 'startup' script but only only after:
I cant use "Input Power Restored" , i believe, as this will fire after a few seconds of power outage (but no actual shutdown taking place)
I cant use run time remaining above threshold, i believe, as this event is constantly true under normal power conditions.
maybe i need my shutdown script to write out a flag "ShutdownHappened=1"
So that my startup script can query this flag
any ideas please? Can be PCNS do this more elegantly?
thanks
Nick

Thank you both, ill try this then.

Hi,
PCNS runs command files prior to OS shutdown. See page 39 of the User's Guide. You can configure it to run commands for specific events but those would also be run prior to OS shutdown.
