Hi
I'm looking to check which battery pack and how many are required for a SURT8000RMXLI. Our team monitor and are responsible for UPS's across the entire EMEA region so there isn't always somebody onsite to check these things. I believe it's a RBC44 but i can't seem to find any info on your website. I know that the UPS is an older model and may not be supported anymore but it would make life a little easier if we could just verify by using the APC website.

Matt,
APCRBC140 is the proper replacement battery cartridge for that Smart-UPS. You can find replacement battery information at this link.
