Firmware upgrade for a SUA750I

I have an APC SUA750I and was looking to update the firmware, I have checked the APC support FAQ for firmware updates and cannot see information relating to this model.  Would I be right in saying as this an old UPS firmware is not released for it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Liam,

Unfortunately this model is not firmware upgradable in the field nor are any models that begin with SU, SUA, SUM, SURT, or SURTD to name a few. Only the newer generation - those beginning with model prefix SMC, SMX, SMT, and SRT are firmware upgradable. If you had a UPS Network Management Card inside of this UPS or a few of the other SmartSlot accessories we offer, those are firmware upgradeable but not the UPS itself.

Hello!

Ok, i did the firmware update of the Management Card 9630 to firmware 6.7.2 in my SUA 750I. The result is, i cant see and manage my smart ups anymore! What is to do?

Can you confirm you used the SFSUMX672 update in this link.

If you used a different one that would explain the issue.
