Retail SUA1500 - Supposed to come with disks or instructions?

I purchased a retail SUA1500 off newegg and it came in the correct box, but there was nothing else included, just the UPS unit. What was supposed to be included? I assume disk and manual? Where can I download the needed software?

There certainly should have been a disk / manual / serial and USB cable. You can get the Powerchute Business Edition software from the link below.
