How do I reset my password on a SSH connection. I have tried the pwd command but can't seem to get the syntax correct.

Can you specify what product you're using please? Is it a UPS Network Management Card, Rack PDU, etc.
I am going to guess its a UPS Network Management Card and if so, it is not possible. pwd will just print wording directory most likely. You must be local to reset a password on a management card. Instructions are here -> Network Management Card Password Reset Procedure | FAQs | Schneider Electric US
If it is a different product, then I can dig up the instructions which are most likely in the knowledge base too.
