Replacement of Power Modules of Symmetra PX500

Hi,

It is stated that our maintenance contract vendor has recieved power modules from APC for our 02Nos Symmetra PX500 UPS. It is requested that as to why the Power Modules with serial No. QD0840xxxxxx to QD1121xxxxxx require replacement.

Secondly, Will Warranty for new modules be provided?

The purpose of the above post was to confirm whether the replacement activity is being done under umbrella of APC World wide or otherwise.
