Hello,
I replaced the batteries in a SUA2200 and now the UPS sees no batteries installed. The status says self test in progress.
The UPS LEDs are reporting that the batteries need to be replaced but it has a constant 94% capacity and is running a load with 49 minutes. How do I get the UPS out of a self test and to see the new batteries?
Thanks!
Brian Evans

I found that one of the new batteries' fuses was broken and open. I replaced the fuse and now the UPS is working fine. Beware poorly shipped batteries from Amazon!

Hi Brian -
Was it an official APC replacement battery?
Thanks,
Liam
