We have a SMT2200RM2U installed at one of our work sites. We noticed today that it was powered off. We attempted to power it on but after a few seconds it would say "Output off by software" and immediately shutdown. This is happens every time we have attempted to power it up. Can anyone please provide any insight as to why this is happening?

Hello Matt,
We did have an Ethernet cable plugged in. I removed it, powered up the unit, and it worked. Thank you for the suggestion.
Although I'm stumped on how we have used these units before with Ethernet and now all of a sudden they would shut down on us and not power back up.

Hi Raul,
Do you have an NMC, or anything connected to the serial/USB port of the UPS? In a case like this, I'd recommend disconnecting everything and trying to turn the UPS back on.
