Good Morning APC Forum 🙂
Newbie here. I'm Dale, just started a Junior Network Engineers post so please forgive me if I miss something or get a little mixed up. Still very new to all of this.
I have received 18000 emails since the early hours from multiple UPS' on site that are stating that they are "Compensating for a high input voltage." We have turned off the notifications for Voltage Input but still receive emails. These UPS' are scattered around site and not location in one area.
This screenshot shows the options we have set on all UPS'
UPS' affected:
Smart-UPS 2200 x3
Smart-UPS 3000
I'm not too sure where to go with this. I've done a bit of Googling and have checked various options in UPS Management and in Struxureware and can't see why this would be sending these alerts.
Any ideas would be greatly appreicated.
Thanks Forum 🙂

Good Morning Dale,
Im sorry your getting that many emails. After looking over the interface there may be another location that you need to turn off the email alerts.
Check under Administration -> By Event -> Input Line Status, Then click on "UPS: Compensating for a high input voltage."
Click on Power events and then CTRL + F to find "High Input"
Make sure that is also turned off and let me know what you find.
Tom
