My ups show totally wrong "UPS Load" value.
I use the PowerChuteBussinessEdititon 9.1.1 software. So for the “UPS Load” in this program show me 0.0% value when I attached to this ups a device which consumption about 400 Watt. The 5 led of the ups left site does not lit this time. The bottommost led of the ups left side just lit when I load the ups with about 500 Watt. So I think this leds indicator and the PCBE software show me totally wrong ups load value. The front panel leds work fine certainly because I tested them from the PowerChute software. I used the “Test Alarm” option.
So is it a hardware malfunction? Or can I calibrate the ups load display indicator somehow?

Just a guess, but perhaps:
Your device is only using 100 watts (squelched to 0% in PCBE) at the moment and later goes up to 200 causing the first light on the load indicator to light up.
