Hi all,
my technician said : "It's not possible to reboot a smart-UPS. I can Power OFF but it's impossible to Power ON from the office".
False or True ?
If true, can you explain me how to Power ON
thanks for your help !

are you trying to do this via a network management card or other software?
if you are using a network management card, you can turn the output on or off if the UPS is in "load disconnect" - meaning the UPS electronics are still on (so the management card is powered and can control the UPS) but the output power is turned off.
if the UPS electronics are off - meaning the UPS is "braindead," you will not be able to access the network management card and will need to turn it on via the front panel.
