Critical Event - Not sure how to fix

We continue to recieve the following event every few days, but are not able to identify the problem.
I have had APC support out for maintenance and they as well do not know the answer. All card firmwares are up-to-date.

Critical - Environment: Lost the local network management interface-to-external Environmental Monitor TH Sensor 2 (Temp Sensor at AH North Server Room) communication.

One other thing, after receiving that event, with in seconds a second event occurs.

Informational - Environment: Restored the local network management interface-to-external Environmental Monitor TH Sensor 2 (Temp Sensor at AH North Server Room) communication.

What kind of APC product do you have on your end that gives this error? Is this attached to a UPS? We would appreciate if you could provide these information.

do you have a triple chassis with your silcon? also, if you do have a triple chassis, do you have any other smart slot cards inside of it? we would like to know the firmware revision of the triple chassis if you do have one as well.

i thought the FW version was printed on it but you can get it [this way|http://nam-en.apc.com/cgi-bin/nam_en.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=9142]. is it a AP9604S chassis as well? that can be found on the bottom of it.

when APC was out there, did you try reseating the probe on the AP9612TH or reseating the entire card? also, you could try moving the AP9612TH to slot one i think..
