Hi,
Can anyone tell me what the difference(s) are between an RBC11 battery cartridge and an RBC55? As far as I can tell they're made up of the same individual batteries, and are both 24v sealed lead/acid.
This is a follow-up to my broken SUA3000XL, I've now acquired an SU3000RMINET, which takes RBC11s, I didn't want to fry it particularly, but the only batteries I've got ar RBC55s...
Cheers!
Ade.

You can search this forum - it seems there are differences in the "Anderson" (gray 24 VDC) connectors. I know there are long and short versions of the same connectors - AND APC often used "proprietary" connectors. The housings are not interchangeable with the spades between the long and short versions . However, the housings are easy to replace to properly mate - just make sure they fit the spades correctly.
Another issue could be the fuses - but since you are using both 3000 VA models, does not seem to be a problem.

Apparently it's just the grey connector which is different (Thanks APC!). This web page says you can just swamp them over
