How old is your battery? You can see the battery installation date of your battery from the UPS display About menu. If the installation date is ~4 years, you will need to replace the batteries.
If the installation date is incorrect, you may have to update it by uninstalling your batteries then install again. A prompt will show up that it detects new batteries and set your new battery installation date. Once set, do a self-test from Test and Diagnostics menu. After that, check the battery installation date again on About tab if its now showing with correct dates.

Hello,
Thank you for your response.
I installed my batteries on 1st September 2021 and after installation it showed my next battery replacement date as 03/03/2026.
