I have a Smart UPS 2200 with an AP9631 Card running version 5.1.7 firmware.
I have setup the email notifications for events. We also have a temperature monitor attached to the card.
I have gone in under the environment tab of the Web Gui and set up the threshold to be 90 degrees, however all the emails still say that a threshold exists of a temperature over 99:
"Environment: A high temperature threshold violation exists for integrated Environmental Monitor T Sensor (RoomName) reporting over 99 F."
Is it default for it to be just 99 and I can't change that for email or since originally I had setup emails with 99 and then gone back and reset to 90 do I need to delete all emails and re-create?
I have gone through the email setup a few times since setting the threshold at 90 but still getting the same thing.
The reason I'm asking is that the room currently is running right there between 99 and 100, so even if I set the temperature email to only email once, it recovers it's self, then sends another new email when it goes back to 100. Thus resulting in a lot of emails.

Off the top of my head, I think you might need to disable the setting in the environment tab (uncheck the box) and then re-enable it if you haven't already. What is your hysteresis set to? This acts a buffer to prevent what you're seeing with temperatures teetering around and causing more alarms. Also, ambient temperature seems really high wherever this is located! I'd be concerned for UPS battery health.
If you want to provide your config.ini file (and event.txt with data.txt might be helpful), that'd assist me in reviewing. Instructions are here on doing that -> How can I download Event, Data, Configuration, and Debug files from my Network Management Card? | FA...
