If you follow the PCNS V2.2.4 free download link from the archived software page (http://www.apc.com/tools/download/index.cfm?dl_method=display_archived), you end up with nothing useful (http://www.apc.com/tools/download/software_comp.cfm?sw_sku=SFPCNS224&id=127&swfam=127). See attached PDF screen capture as at 14-Sep-2013.

Where is the kit available from?
