I do not see a QR code on the UPS, there is two stickers that show the SN and model, but not a QR code. How can I add the device to the dashboard?

If you’re talking about the APC Smart Connect Cloud Portal Service.

Short Answer: You can’t 

Long Answer: Only devices with a model number ending in a (C) are Smart Connect enabled. Such hardware will have a dedicated green RJ45 Ethernet port on the rear of the device.

Regardless, you don’t need to pay anyone for a ongoing subscription. Just purchase a used AP9630 / 9631 NMC. As doing so will offer you ten times more ability, capability, and (Local) management control!
