I bought a Smart-UPS 2200 from a brother who has hardly used it, I has sensitivity issues because of the use of a generating set. I downloaded the PowerChute business edition software so I can adjust the sensitivity. The software is asking for Username and password which my brother never put in and I havent. How do i generate username and password? thank you.

Thanks, everything is done, from the display panel I also set to poor power input. The power is sable now.

Hi,

When you install PowerChute Business Edition you are required to enter a user name and password. there is no default user name or password. If you do not know the user name and password that was entered when the software was installed you should uninstall the software and reinstall being sure to note the user name and password entered.
