Comparing some features with apc and other brands. One brand claims that they can intterupt/stop a shutdown command. Would be neat if it were true, would like to find out what apc has and what's in the pike.
Thanks,
Trent

Hi,
The any UPS with a network management card or that have switched outlets can be configured to power down with a delay and during that delay the command can be cancelled.
If your asking about PowerChute software commanding the OS down then the answer is no. Once PowerChute commands the OS down it should not be stopped.
