Today pulled the devil to update the software on it. 😞
Now she does not see the UPS.
Quick Status
Lost Communication to the UPS
this error i see on web interface.
Nothing can not manage. There is no data about the UPS in the web-interface.
Tell me how to get out of the situation!

Hi Evgeniy,
This occurred because if you look at the top of the screen in your screenshot, Symmetra 3 phase UPS firmware was accidentally/incorrectly loaded. If you have a Smart-UPS, you need Smart-UPS firmware. Symmetra UPSs are a different product line and thus, require different firmware.
This will be an easy problem to resolve though. Just download and re-apply the correct firmware using the same process you used to load the above firmware and it should be resolved
The firmware you need for a Smart-UPS product is part number SFSUMX656 (note, we'll have 6.6.4 coming out in a few weeks), and here is the link to download: http://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/download.cfm?sw_sku=SFSUMX656&software_id=MFOI-AXRN8C&family...
