Problem with Smart UPS SURT6000XLI configuration

Hi

our client have a problem with SURT6000XLI that The Teminal mode cannot be used when the defualt network management card is installed in UPS,. They need to remove the network card before using teminal mode to configure UPS.

Is there a solution to this issue?

What are they accessing in "terminal" mode? I just want to understand why they would not be using the network management card's terminal mode or if they are trying to use both at the same time.
