Problem with SYPX80KH

HI All,
we have problem with SYPX80KH. When we try to do self test or to put UPS into bypass, unit show mesage unable to go to bypass or to do self test, fault LED is on. But after one second just do this comand and finish it without problem.
Could you give me any advice?

Typically large three phases UPS shouldn't be troubleshot on an internet forum. You should call into your local APC Tech Support line to discuss what options are available to you.
