This indicates an output overvoltage condition from what I can tell. Did you replace this with a genuine APC RBC? Or did you purchase your own batteries and/or wire them up yourself?
Assuming this is a complete APC RBC module you purchased and there is no wiring issue, you could try resetting the UPS as a start to see if any change. To do this, disconnect any attached devices or communication cables. Turn off the UPS using the button on the front that looks like (o). Unplug or remove the UPS from AC power. Hold the off button (o) on the front panel for several seconds until the UPS clicks and the front panel LEDs flash. Reconnect the UPS to AC power by plugging it back in or turning the AC back on and turn on the UPS and see if any change.
