Problem accessing Smart UPS 2200 XL management console

Hi All,

I'm trying to log into an APC Smart UPS 2200 XL on a clients site, however we do not have the login credentials. I have tried the default passwords and all the combinations of passwords used on site with no luck.

I have reinstalled the PowerChute agent which prompted me to set up a new username and password for managing the UPS however this hasn't worked. I think I may need to reinstall the Server agent again however we do not have the media. Is there any way to get hold of this without paying for it again?
