Probelm with APC managment
Good morning, Please see the annex for references. We have received the subscription expiry email, but in our portal we do not see any APC, we have tried to re-enter it manually but we are told that the APC is already registered but we do not see it. We kindly ask you to check

Hello,
If your device is not appearing on the smart connect portal after it is registered via the QR code ,please follow the below troubleshooting in this link:
Reboot the network interface of the Smart-UPS per the instructions in FAQ FA322105. Once communications has been re-established with the cloud verify the UPS firmware is up-to-date. To verify the firmware version log in to SmartConnect.apc.com. Go to Dashboard, select view UPS from the list of UPS, select Device to view the UPS firmware version.
If the issue still persists then contact your local CCC team and provide them the unit details,product ID..etc so they can verify it for you and ensure it is registered and shown in the portal
if you had an issue in smartconnect subscription then you need to buy and activate it if it is already purchased as explained in the below links
