Powerchute Network shutdown broadcast Query

Hi,
Please can someone tell me if the broadcast element of Powerchute Network Shutdown only affects computers that are registered to one network management card? i.e. I have three APC UPS devices, one in each server room. The servers in each server room are on the same subnet. I am concerned that a shutdown command from a ups on the 3rd floor will trigger the shutdown of servers located on the 6th, which has a different IP address but on the same subnet.

there wont a be a problem. the management card only will only sent unicasts for shutting down to those clients that are listed as Powerchute Network Shutdown clients on any particular management card.

i realize you arent connecting more than 50 computers but it explains how this stuff works like the broadcasts and all that.
