I have two UPS: Smart-UPS750 and Back-UPS RS1500. UPS is connected to a computer with WindowsXPSP3Prof.
Downloaded PowerChuteBusinessEditionV901, put agents on the computers. When installing the agent successfully crawled ports normally found attached UPS spelled what models are connected.
Reconnecting the browser to the agent is connected to the Smart-UPS750, just log in and get all the data on a functioning unit. It's okay.
The problem: how to connect the browser to the agent is connected to the Back-UPS RS1500, authorizes successfully, but the agent does not see anything, the agent responsible: Unknown UPS Model, Device Communications Not Established (When installing the agent, he correctly pointed UPS model and port).
Question: Does the agent PowerChuteBusinessEditionV901 model UPS Back-UPS RS1500?
P.S..if you remove the program "*PowerChuteBusinessEditionV901*" and install the "*PowerChutePersonalEditionV30*", then the program PowerChutePersonalEditionV30 works fine and sees the UPS and all its parameters.

hello,
there are a few issues here that I see.
1.) you cannot install more than once instance of any type of PowerChute on your computer
2.) you cannot monitor multiple UPS systems with one computer.
3.) Smart UPS is supported by PowerChute Business Edition and Back UPS are supported by PowerChute Personal Edition.
4.) you will need to monitor the two UPSs on separate systems with the correct software for each or install personal edition on the computer and use a network management card in order to monitor the Smart UPS.

because your Back UPS 1500 is only designed to work with powerchute personal edition via USB. i would install powerchute personal edition on computer_2 and it should work fine.
