PowerChute v9.1 Business Edition with Back-UPS RS 1250?

I have a Back-UPS RS 1250 and it is connected to my Windows 7 desktop using the USB cable. I tried installing PowerChute v9.1 Business Edition, but when I go to the Device List Configuration, it discovers my unit as my fully qualified desktop name. I add that to the "Current Device List" and select Apply button and I receive the message "Failed to apply the configuration profile to ". Can I use Business Edition with this APC unit? If so, what am I doing wrong?

Hello.  For our BackUPS product line, the compatible software is PowerChute Personal Edition this can be installed on your Windows 7 machine.  PowerChute Business Edition is meant to be used by our SmartUPS product line.
