PCBE SMTP server?

Hi there,

I have the PowerChute Business Edition Agent running on a Linux system (CentOS 6.4).

In Linux there is postfix as smtp relay configured what works well and is used with other applications.

In PCBE there is no option to configure a SMTP server, I assume that localhost is used.

But PCBE does not send any e-mail via the localhost smtp!

Is my assumption correct that localhost is the default SMTP server?

Or is there any config which I have to use?

Also there is no option to send a test e-mail.

I use the configured event for "Self test initiated" for my tests.

Is there any other way to test the e-mail settings?

Hi again,

sometimes I believe that I need new glasses!

Finally I found the config for the SMTP server in the menu "Server Shutdown / System settings".

And now it is working as aspected!
