PowerChute only shutting down 1 host
We have 2 servers running ESXi.
1 server is plugged into Outlet group 1 and the other server is plugged into Outlet group 2.
We are using vCenter with a vSphere cluster. I have installed PowerChute on ESXi server 1. I have tried to setup PC as a single UPS and advanced to add both hosts to the outlet groups. My problem is is both configurations only ESXi server 1 actually shuts off. Shouldn't both servers shut off? I am sure I am missing something. Please let me know if you need more configuration info.
Thanks!

You only need to install PCNS on one of the ESXi host and configure for vCenter. Then add both host to the protect host list.
You also need to created a user a user that will be used by PCNS to communicate with the hosts and vCenter See Schneider Electric FAQ FA413356
I also recommend you review Application Note 180 and PCNS VMware User's Guide.
