Hi

The limitations with the APV9601 are that it does not have web browser UI and the software has to be used and the computer hosting the software must be on the same physical network as the UPSes.

Hi Awais,

From looking at your screenshots, I can see that you are trying to monitor the UPS by entering the IP address of the SNMP card into a browser. It is not possible to view information from the UPS by entering in the IP address SNMP card.

To monitor the UPS, this is done through the SchneiderUPS monitoring software that comes with the UPS.

It is a limitation of the APV9601, that is not not possible to monitor the UPS through the IP address. There is no way around this.

The monitoring can only be done through the SchneiderUPS monitoring software and this software must be installed on any computer that you wish to monitor it from. The computer must also be on the same network as the SNMP Card.

Hi Awais,

Easy UPS are not compatible with PowerChute. The only software that works with the UPS's you listed above is SchneiderUPS monitoring software.

May you kindly assist with the method you used to Configure the APC APV961 SNMP Card? I have a couple of UPSs using these Cards. I have managed to configure the ones connected to Switches with DHCP however Peer-to-Peer is giving me issues. Using the Schneider UPS Monitoring Software, I cannot pick up the UPS using the default IP Address.
