Hi there,
I am trying to run test a command file from the PowerChute Console, which works perfectly fine when running it using Command Prompt.
The file is as follows:
psexec \\server-name -u username -p password cmd /c "shutdown /f /s /t 0"
The PSEXEC exe is inside the same folder as the command file.
When I press test nothing happens.
Please can someone advise me on why this is not working.
Thanks in advance,
Vishal

try checking these articles:

most commonly, i see that the service needs to be set for "interact with desktop" mentioned in these articles above and below.
1. Go to Services and right click on the Agent service and choose Properties.
2. Click on the "Log On" tab.
3. Check the box for "Interact with Desktop".
4. Close out and then Stop the Agent service and restart it.
