Hi All,
I have this APC UPS Network Management Card card on a SMART UPS 3000RM Model which keep sending snmp traps to my NMS every 5 minutes in a critical/warning/informational event.
I have configured the following under Administration->Notification->Event Actions by group, Under the Group Events' Notification Parameters Trap, I only chose "Enable Notifications". This means the card should only send one snmp trap if an event occurs. But it does not work as i intended.
Please enlighten me what are the options that need to be configured? Or is this a bug?
Thanks in advance.

when you enable SNMP, all notifications are on by default, you need to disable the ones that you do not want. the idea behind this is that APC wants to alert you rather than not alert you and have you miss something you need to know. you can easily disable the traps you dont want by following the same procedure and choosing "disable notifications" in that same screen you chose "enable notifications."
