PowerChute install error: Error 0 running command .\agent\setup.exe

I have version 9.2 installed on Windows 10.

I am trying to install the new version 9.5 and get error:

Error 0 running command .\agent\setup.exe

How do I fix?

Hi,

Change directory to agent and then run setup.exe 

Example cd C:\temp\agent

setup.exe

The pcbesetup.exe is self extracting, so I don't know where the files go and I don't think they are even extracted yet.  This error appears at the beginning when I first execute pcbesetup.exe.

Sorry I did not understand the original post. When you double click on pcbesetup.exe does this window appear?

If it does when you click Setup the install files are uncompressed to the default system temp folder. Schneider Electric FAQ FA159703 has an attached video that discusses how to find the system temp folder. 

If you do not get to the self extractor I will provide a link to a zipped folder that will contain the installation files.
