Hi
I have recently installed Network Shutdown and connected to 3 UPS. During the initial startup of Network Shutdown it gets the events from all three UPS. After the first few minutes however it stops logging all events and never starts logging again. If I restart the service it starts logging again for a few minutes and again stops.
All devices are on the same network, no firewalls inbetween. I can access the web interface on all three UPS from the Network Shutdown server.
Any ideas what could be the cause of this?
Thanks

Hi,
PowerChute Network Shutdown receives data from the NMC on UDP port 3052. When PowerChute is started the port is open. Check to be sure the port remains open and that nothing is blocking packets.
