yes the UPS turn off around 5 min after the shutdown of both PC shutdown and start-up gain because the power came back already.
Both computer was configure "Turn off the UPS after the shutdown finishes" and both computer was enable.
So only 1 PC must configure to enable the "Turn off the UPS after the shutdown finishes"?
Thanks

did the UPS turn off after both computers?
can you tell me, for each computer, whether or not under Configure Shutdown that the "+Turn off the UPS after the shutdown finishes (Not applicable to Parallel Silcon UPS and Smart-UPS VT).+" is selected (enabled) or not?
this should only be selected (enabled) on the SECOND computer to shutdown. it seems like possible you have it enabled on both, so when the first computer shutdown, it told the UPS to turn off which then in turn forced the other computer to shutdown.
let us know! thanks!
