Hello all,
I recently upgraded from v. 7 of the PCBE Server/Agent/Console setup.
In that version I could log into the console and manage all the UPS's I have hanging off different servers.
I could see their status and logs, etc...
But now I had to upgrade to version 9.5 (v. 7 wouldn't let me login without downloading an update that didn't exist).
So that is installed on 2 of my servers and I have set it up as well as using SNMP v1 configuration.
But it seems there is no way to see the status of multiple units from one system, like there was before.
Is this correct??
If it isn't correct, then how do I set it up?
Thank you.

Hi,
To manage multiple Agents the recommendation is to monitor using SNMP.

Correct I get that you need to use SNMP
And I have set it up where one agent will contact the other agent via SNMP
But my question is, if I log into the server web page, how do I see the status of the other UPS hanging off the other server?
As it is now, I can view the Event Log and see that the Agent has made contact with the server I am logged into, and that is it.

Hi,
You need an SNMP Management System to monitor the PowerChute Agents. There are many available. Some are freeware and some paid depending on the features available. A few that come to mind are Solarwinds, WhatsUP Gold, Manageengine, Splceworks.
