Hello,
I have a Smart-UPS SUA3000RMI2U plugged in to my server via Com1 and while I can connect to it using Putty and managed to configure the IP address with no problems, when I install PowerChute it cannot find the UPS. I've tried both the 32 bit and 64 bit installer, but get the same results. I am running Sever 2016. Do I need an "old" version of PowerChute?

Hi,
Are you attempting to install PowerChute Business Edition? If so it is not compatible with a SUA Smart-UPS with a NMC installed. You should install PowerChute Network Shutdown and communicate with the UPS via the NMC.

That would most definitely be the reason then... Installed Network Shutdown and all seems to be OK. Thanks very much for your help!
