Thank you for the log! As far as I can see back in the log, this was never working properly. For an issue like this, you can try what I mentioned above - doing the soft reboot through the web interface under the control menu. Assuming that does not change anything, the next step unfortunately is going to have to be to troubleshoot locally - removing/reinserting the management card while also checking for random serial cables attached to the UPS.

Hi,
What is the model of the UPS? The NMC may have the wrong firmware install which would cause it to not discover the UPS.

In addition to what Bill suggested, we also have a knowledge base article containing other possibilities: http://www.schneider-electric.us/en/faqs/FA156045

On this model of UPS, you would want to check what other cables are attached to the rear, such as if there is a serial cable connected. It should be removed as it can be disrupting communications between the UPS and Network Management Card.
Furthermore, did this ever work and just suddenly stopped?
Things to try would be to check for the serial cables and remove them and remove/re-insert the Network Management Card. You could also try soft restarting the Network Management Card if this did work at some point before you physically go over to the UPS to continue troubleshooting. To soft restart, go to Control Menu->Network->Reset/Reboot->Reboot Management Interface and select apply. And check again.
If this never worked before, then it could be an issue internal to the UPS where there is a problem on the communications bus. You could also go to Logs->Event->Log and click the little floppy disk icon to export us the event.txt file to look at to see if we can tell if it ever worked before.
