Can I get any info on the LED indicators on a PX controller card? I'm looking at the 7 green LEDs, 3 amber LEDs and 1 red LED. I have a module that is trying to tell me something. The green LED by the reset switch is labeled "Supply OK" so that one is obvious. Not so the others. Also, what is the functionality of that Reset button? Thanks.

Hi Ken,
Support did not know anything about the specifics at the board level - LEDs or reset button.

Hi Ken,
I asked our 3 phase support and they weren't sure what you were referring to. They did not know what a "controller card" is for a PX and the part number you posted is a UPS Power Module. Can you show a picture of the LEDs or clarify further where you are looking specifically on the system? I thought maybe it was the MIM but the lights for that don't say "Supply OK" on them either. Power Modules also don't have all those LEDs.

Hi Ken,
I asked 3 phase support and they tell me this is the controller board out of the power module itself? They can't/wont release any detail on this as we don't even typically troubleshoot to that level. I got the gist that support does not honestly have access to this information. I assume your UPS is reporting a Power Module fault?

Hi Angela,
Yes this is the controller board out of the power module. Bummer that the info isn't available. Those LEDs were put there for some reason. Someone, somewhere at some time knew what they said. No, my UPS is not reporting a fault (at least not on the display because it is not getting through self-test. I thought maybe the LEDs would tell me to check air in the tires or oil in the engine 🙂
Thanks for trying!

Did you get an answer about that Reset button? Actually I'm not sure how I could reach it even with the lid off but if it is worth it, I'll find a way 🙂
