PFC Failure SMX3000RMHV2U

When the power goes out, the UPS shuts down. The screen displays PFC Failure. When I turn it back on, it turns on. When I turn off the electricity manually from the socket, there is no error, it works. What could be the problem?? In Support they say bring in the service center. This second UPS was first replaced, but it did not turn on after the PFC Failure. Help me please! UPS does not help out!

Hi Zafar,

For an issue like this, I would recommend you call into our Tech Support line for further assistance.  There could likely be an internal hardware issue, and the unit may ultimately need to be replaced.
