PDU 7922 LEDs

I've just go 12 7922 PDU's and on some of them the outlet LED does not work - even thought the outlet is on.  There is this problem with 5 of the 12 units - so it must be a common one and I've noticed that they are the more recently manufactured ones.  Has anyone else had this issur?

I just got another 8 units and two of these had LED issues.  

I been through all 20 APC 7922 and have noted that 8 that have issues with their LEDs were manufactured in 7/15/2011.  I would say that this was probably a bad batch?

Does anyone know anything more on this issue?
