PCNS user notifications

I am running PCNS 4.0 on a bunch of OS X systems and need user notifications.

Doing this through the web interface for each event is cumbersome (Configure Events - Notification - Enable User Notification - Apply).

Can user notification be configured through pcnsconfig.ini or command line?

User Notification cannot be set using the .ini file or command line.
