Hi,
The delays would be prior to the beginning of the shut down. Example: configure OS to power down 120 seconds after UPS has transferred to battery. The NMC will inform PCNS that the UPS is on battery and PCNS will wait 120 seconds before starting the shut down process. If the NMC report it has transferred back to AC within the 120 seconds PCNS will not start the shut down process.
