I replaced the battery on our Smart-UPS 750 but the "At least one faulty battery exists" alarm still shows. How do I clear the alarm on our network management card? Thanks.

Run a self-test. That should clear the alarm assuming the self-test passes.

I initiated a UPS Alarm Test and the Self-Test results say: In progress via Aborted due to management device on April 12, 2016.
How can I get it to complete the test?
