PCNS 4.2 and vSphere 6.5 some ESXi can't auto shutdown

Hi all guy

To day I'm tested automatic shutdown with our system, but look seen shutdown process not correctly,

My environment is, vSphere 6.5 (VC and ESXi) we have physical server was installed PCNS 4.2.

Due testing Host (esxi02) can't shutdown by PCNS, please kindly help to investigate the problem.

I see a few issue in the error log

Have you created a local account that PCNS can use to access the host? See the trouble shooting section of the PCNS 4.2 VMware User's Guide (page 137 and 138).

After create shard user on vCenter and ESXi host, automatic shutdown working normally
