Two brand new UPS's, attempting to configure for the first time. From the web interface, I selected/applied UPS\Control\Turn On UPS Outlet Groups\Apply.
The Logs tab shows: "UPS: The output power is now turned on." and right after that entry the log shows: "UPS: The output power is turned off."
I have also tried going to UPS\Outlet Groups\control\On Immediately. With the same result.
This is my first time attempting to configure one of these, so hopefully there is some glaringly obvious thing that I'm not doing that someone can point out.
Thanks!

can you try to turn it on via the LCD screen? i don't have one in front of me but does this have more than one outlet group? it may require you to turn them on in a certain order but i did not think that was by default? (main before secondary or something like that with delays..)
can you post the event.txt and data.txt from the NMC using these instructions? http://nam-en.apc.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/9321
