Hi,
I have a 2x Smart-UPS X 3000 with both a AP9631 NMC.
the NMC's are reused from the old UPS's.
I've upgraded both NMC's to the latest firmware

Version: |
v6.2.1 |
the UPS itself has the following firmware:
Firmware Revision: | UPS 07.4 (ID1003) |
Manufacture Date: | 04/11/2015 |
I assume the other one has the same firmware since it is also new.
On one UPS it works fine.
The other NMC reports No UPS found.

Try rebooting the NMC. It can be done on the web interface under reset/reboot and in the CLI/Telnet/SSH interface as (I think) reboot.
